Because our services involve custom web development, manual coding, technical SEO configurations, and dedicated engineering hours, we do not offer typical retail returns. Our refund structure is built around project milestones and resource allocation.
1. Project Deposits
- Non-Refundable Discovery & Booking Fee: The initial deposit (required to secure your spot in our development queue and initiate project architecture planning) is 100% non-refundable. This covers the initial strategy sessions, server setup allocations, and engineering hours dedicated to your project kickoff.
2. Milestone-Based Refunds
For larger projects broken down into multiple payment milestones, refunds are evaluated based on the stage of development:
- Design & Layout Stage: If a project is cancelled by the client during the mockup or layout approval phase (before any custom coding or WordPress/WooCommerce installation begins), you may be eligible for a partial refund of the remaining milestone balance, minus hours already worked.
- Development Stage: Once custom coding, database configurations, theme optimization, or technical SEO integration has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
3. Post-Launch & Delivered Code
- Final Approval: Once a website, WooCommerce store, or custom application is approved by the client and officially launched or migrated to your live hosting server, all payments are completely final.
- Exclusion of Code Assets: We cannot accept “returns” on custom code frameworks or digital configurations. Once delivered, the digital asset belongs entirely to your business enterprise.
4. Technical SEO & Performance Services
- Service Delivery: Fees for technical SEO audits, core web vital speed optimization, and search rankings consulting are based strictly on labor and expertise. These services are non-refundable.
- Rankings Disclaimer: While we implement elite, industry-standard SEO frameworks to maximize your organic growth, search engine algorithms (like Google) change continuously. We guarantee our code delivery standards, but we do not issue refunds based on fluctuating third-party search engine positions.
5. Project Termination by the Agency
In the rare event that we must terminate a project prematurely due to a breach of contract, lack of client communication, or changing project requirements, we will issue a pro-rated refund for any uncompleted milestones, and deliver the work-in-progress code files completed up to that date.
