✅ Return Eligibility
To ensure safety and fairness:
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used skincare items
- Products without original packaging
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
You may request a return if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your product arrived damaged
- The item is defective or unusable

- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Explanation of the issue
💸 Refund Process
If approved, we will:
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
- Process it within 5–10 business days
⚠️ Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
🔁 Replacements
If your item was damaged, broken, or incorrect:
- We may send a free replacement
- Or offer store credit upon verification
🌎 International Orders
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any customs/import duties (non-refundable)
All returns must be authorized first.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Opened skincare or cosmetics
- Gift cards or free gifts
- Items without original seal/box
- Final sale clearance items
🕒 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processing and cannot be changed.
