At PiQGoods, we care about your satisfaction and skincare safety. Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we have strict guidelines to protect all customers.


Return Eligibility

To ensure safety and fairness:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your product arrived damaged
  • The item is defective or unusable

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Explanation of the issue

💸 Refund Process

If approved, we will:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method
  • Process it within 5–10 business days

⚠️ Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.


🔁 Replacements

If your item was damaged, broken, or incorrect:

  • We may send a free replacement
  • Or offer store credit upon verification

🌎 International Orders

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs/import duties (non-refundable)

All returns must be authorized first.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened skincare or cosmetics
  • Gift cards or free gifts
  • Items without original seal/box
  • Final sale clearance items

🕒 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processing and cannot be changed.
