Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Wigs or hair products that have been worn or altered

  • Perishable goods
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or video evidence
  • Include your order number

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Or store credit

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • We reserve the right to dispute the claim
  • Evidence including delivery confirmation may be submitted

8. UK Consumer Rights

UK customers are entitled to statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected by this policy.
